(ঢাকা, রবিবার, ২৪ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৩) ভূমিমন্ত্রী সাইফুজ্জামান চৌধুরী ভূমি অপরাধ প্রতিরোধ ও প্রতিকার বিধিমালা, ২০২৩ এর খসড়া অনুমোদন দিয়েছেন।

আজ রবিবার ভূমি মন্ত্রণালয়ের সম্মেলন কক্ষে 'ভূমি অপরাধ প্রতিরোধ ও প্রতিকার আইন, ২০২৩ এর বিধিমালা সম্পর্কে অবহিতকরণ' শীর্ষক সভায় এ অনুমোদন দেয়া হয়। ভূমি সচিব মোঃ খলিলুর রহমানসহ ভূমি মন্ত্রণালয়ের সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মকর্তারা সভায় উপস্থিত ছিলেন। ভূমিমন্ত্রী ভূমি অপরাধ প্রতিরোধ ও প্রতিকার বিধিমালা দ্রুত প্রণয়নের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে ধন্যবাদ জ্ঞাপন করেন।

ভূমি অপরাধ প্রতিরোধ ও প্রতিকার আইন, ২০২৩ এর খসড়া বিধিমালা এখন আন্তঃমন্ত্রণালয় সভায় উপস্থাপন করা হবে। মন্ত্রিসভার চূড়ান্ত অনুমোদনের পর আইনের বিধিমালা কার্যকর হবে।

Land Minister Saifuzzaman Chowdhury has approved the draft of the Land Crime Prevention and Redress Rules, 2023.

The approval was granted during a meeting titled 'Informing about the rules of the Land Crime Prevention and Redress Act, 2023,' held in the conference room of the Ministry of Land today. Land Secretary Md. Khalilur Rahman and other officials from the Ministry of Land were present. The land minister expressed gratitude to all involved parties for the swift formulation of the Land Crime Prevention and Redress Rules.

The draft rules of the Land Crime Prevention and Redress Act, 2023 will now be submitted to an inter-ministerial meeting. Following the final approval by the cabinet, the rules of the law will come into effect.
