vi) Acquisition and Requisition of Lands.

vii) Management of waterbodies, Hat-bazars, ferryghat, tea-gardens, sandmahal etc.

viii) Land Zoning.

ix) Preparation of land records.

x) Digital Land Management System (DLMS).

xi) Land transfer Act 1882 & registration Act.

xii) Management of vested and non-resident property.

xiii) Mutation, separation, Unification of holding, laws of Alluvion and dilluvion, survey of alluviated land.

xv) Rehabilitation of poor people, Climate Victims Revalidation Program (CVRP) etc.
